My Poor Liver Podcast, one of the
three podcasts I wrote about today, shared this cocktail with me a few months ago. It's a nicely balanced bourbon cocktail with just enough sweetness plus floral and citrus notes from the St. Germain and Cointreau liqueurs.
St. Germain Cocktail

1 1/2 oz. bourbon
3/4 oz. Cointreau
3/4 oz. St. Germain elderflower liqueur
Dash of grapefruit bitters
Grapefruit twist
Combine bourbon, Contreau, St. Germain and grapefruit bitters in a cocktail mixing glass with ice. Stir until well mixed and chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with grapefruit twist.
